Change units

We understand that our clients need a predictble monthly cost so we include a number of regular activities in the monthly spend for our managed services customers.

  • For our essential plan customers there is always a charge for these activities and for our managed services or security customers when you go over you will be charged.
  • All charges are fixed fee and reviewed on a semi annual basis.
  • All project and other work is excluded from the monthly plans and will be quoted separately.

New User - 0.5 change units / £25

User changes (name/groups/email etc) - 0.5 change units / £25

New endpoint device setup / reinstall (shipping or storage costs paid by client)- 2 change units / £100

You will not be charged for the installation of any new software that is already part of our software management platform, all of your existing software will be added to this platform (if possible) free of charge when you sign up.

“New” software for a single device is any software not part of our software management platform. “New” software for multiple devices is software we have not setup to install for you before and this charge covers integrating the software into our software management platform.

New software install for single device - 1 change unit / £25

New software setup for multiple devices (simple software, quote required for complex or server hosted software) - 3 change units / £150
